关于团聚移民的问题请大家进来帮个忙!

我老公已经是加拿大公民了,我在加拿大读书,我打算3月初递交申请,但是现在在加拿大境内申请团聚移民很慢,请问我能不能境外申请,把申请递交到北京大使馆呢?还有,如果我境内申请,我能不能今年夏天回国呢?还是我一定要在加拿大等待呢?谢谢!

还有就是无罪证明,我只要在加拿大做个FINGERPRINT就可以了吗?是否还需要在中国的无罪证明(我来加拿大5年了,不过每年夏天都回国)!

Hi, 夏威夷果仁, no, it's not a stupid question. The thing is, you do need to read a lot things on CIC website and download those guides and forms. They are not that hard to follow. For further questions, you can either call CIC or immigration law firms for consultation. To train you to have a good habit, the answer to this question is spared.

Not sure if the following is till true:

1) Your 老公 shall submit "sponsorship" first
2) When that is approved, you shall submit your application.

You need to do a lot of homework on this, though.
