这是这里比较常见的做法。她们将各种鱼,肉,菜煮熟后放在制冰块的冰格里,每天进行不同的配搭,拿出来解冻就喂宝宝。放在急冻的食物可以存3个月。我没有用冰格子,用在一元店里买回来一元六个的小盒子装食物。据我所知,食物放在冰箱是不会流失营养的,但食物如果煮得太久就会。
我儿子上周刚刚一岁,我也已经开始介绍我们吃的东西给他。每天我们吃饭就喂他我们吃的东西,当然给他之前先在一碗水里洗一下。他会吃得很开心,也吃不少。我是一个喜欢省事的妈妈 :),本着粗生粗养的原则,希望他茁壮成长。他今天刚刚秤重,毛重24磅,看来还可以。 [/B][/QUOTE]
We don't do that here, especially the food for baby, not because worry of 流失营养, but the bacteria. Bacteria easy to get alive in 冰箱. We never know when it can be happened to our baby, it's not good for their stomach. I just read a article from the megazine, it mentioned that we shouldnt keep the baby food in 冰箱, as I mentioned above, it may cause food poisoning. We always cook on time and never keep if couldnt finish.
Sorry, this is only my comment, I'm a new mummy, always want to be becareful, always follow our mother's advice and read more books.
My son is going to 7 months old, I have fully breast feeding to him for 6 months, his doctor advise me to do that to avoid 食物敏感, nowsaday many family having this problem. He has porridge and cereal prepared by me everyday, breast milk in between. His weight now is more than 10kg.
