求教买房的问题

呵呵,不好意思

我在渥太华租过房子.就不知道自己买的话,一个月要付多少CONDO FEE或者公寓管理费.

Year Built: 1985 apprrox.
Directions:
On Laurier between Bronson and Percy streets.

not cheap. 1 bedroom condo brand new on somerset is only for 150k.

Don't buy that Clarige building built at Somerset@Kent(?)..you will regret if you do so..

Clarige has a project at leberton flat. I like the location very much. But do not know about the house.
