For sure if you were truned down by CU for some hot majors and still it's possible for you to be accepted by some cool majors in OU. The following are the ranking from Maclean, which does this every year.

抽签吧，都是烂校。学习还是主要靠自己，尤其是在差的学校。如果有好学校就尽量去好的吧。

我觉得OU比较好,至少是在医科排行榜上的.学校的实力还是摆在那里的...YORK只是商科MA好些..大家就误解成YORK的商科,商学院很棒...至于CU嘛,有些专业是不错,但还是烂的多.关键还是要看准专业阿.
