Check out this penthouse floor plan, the living room is 31X39, totally mind blowing. I love the unconventional shape too.

That must be in a luxury apartment building.

Personally, I found the bedrooms are designed too small. It is more like an asian (especially hongkong) style.
In my mind, a typical north american design should concern more on confortness in each and every area. It will/should not sacrifice the size of bedrooms in exchanging of a luxurious feeling of bigger living room (for pleasure of sight only)

Anyway, it is a great unit, wondering how much are they selling, depending on location, at least 400+k, I would imagine.

Yeah that one is 700 Sussex, nearly every unit is sold out there, including all their million dollar penthouses.

Not very true. Le Breton was open to bid at the beginning of last year, initially 3 bidders including Minto, but at the final stage, dropped to only one bidder - Claridge...

Wait a while, Rockcliffe area will have some opennings too..

Yeah that one is 700 Sussex, nearly every unit is sold out there, including all their million dollar penthouses.

You maybe heard it already, the building is almost completed, and purchasers are about to close the unit(s), price has been gone up almost about 50%.

What a great investment for the purchasers, considering some of them only put a deposit of 10%.
