If you are talking about undergraduate studies and if you can learn by yourself, then U of T should be no problem for you. Otherwise, you may be overwhelmed by their hugh size of classes (on average over 200 students for 1st and 2nd year classes).
It depends what you want. If you want a famous university, then go to University of Toronto.
It ranks on the 22th position world-wide. But you cannot get financial help as undergraduate.
and you will have a very hard time.
