难道秘书有义务提醒每个manager钥匙有没有忘带，拉练有没有拉，等等？

That's the key to the company's office. 拉练is private and personally and not part of the job. Cann't you see the difference?

其实他的老板也就是抱怨一下，要求得更多一点外，并没怎么样。
如果那个秘书站在老板的立场上想一想，想进办公办公室那东西，进不去，打电话又找不到人，能不急嘛。

这个秘书可能天天都觉得低老板一等，并没把自己同老板平等起来，所以才来了个奴隶式的反抗
