停车的疑惑

如果绿色Parking Sign says: 2 Hr 8am-8pm. Mon - Fri，如果那里有投币的机器的话。
1）那周末是顺便停多久？还是不能停？可以停的话要投币吗？
2）那周一到周五的晚8点后，是顺便停多久到次日一早8点，还是不能停？可以停的话要投币吗？

1. yes, it is free parking on weekend if there is no other sign.
2. yes, free parking from 8pm-8am

Parking Sign (green) doesn't tell you anything about parking charge - just let you know if you can park there and for how long. For fee info, check the meter instead.
