请问UPS的TRACKING说邮件已经寄到，但我没收到！

怎么可能？难道寄到了错误的地址？
对UPS，大家有什么看法？

....是不是叫你去一个什么地方取你的东西啊..

Sometimes they will drop it off to your neighbour. It happened to us couple times even though we were not familiar with our neighbours at all.

Some UPS shipping rates are cheaper and do not require signature, so they can just drop it off at your door, ring your door bell, and leave immediately without confirming with you.

Similarily UPS sometimes also drop off the package in your mailbox and leave.

However, if your package is shipped from other countries and you need to pay taxes or duties, UPS will definately contact you and ask you to pick up at their location and pay for it.

that's called driver release. UPS driver can release a package to residential address if the driver thinks the place is safe. they are not allowed to release to apartment buildings and commercial addresses. You better check around your house to find the package. This isn't just a UPS thing. It is normal practice among all couriers.

被人“接收”了吧。。。有一次有一对男女拿了我的 PICK-UP LABEL 去取我的 PARCEL，以为都是中国人面孔就可以明目张胆了。幸好邮件公司当时要他们出示证明文件，他们见事败掉头就走了。你还是赶快跟UPS 联络吧。

怎么和那些UPS联系， 看来肯定是错了！

他们给放到了邻居前门， 而邻居家里好长时间没有人了。 我打电话去UPS他们告诉我寄到了邻居。

这里的邮递太差了。

我以前发生过银行寄来的上万元的支票寄到了另外一条街的人家，还好，人家给送了过来！

唉。
这些人都是干什么吃地？？！！

这也时常发生在我的身上。。。不过寄到了另外一条街就实在。。。
现在我还有UPS寄来的东西不知所踪。PARCEL内应有两盒东西，现在一盒不见了，真头痛。
