还是老问题,他们是用什么方法确定你的原来的位置呢?

如果俺是警察的话,可能这样干:

每半个小时一个小时稍微变化一下记号的形状,这样俺看见一个记号就知道大概是什么时候画下的.

对于车原来的位置,如果记号是画在轮子上的话,车动后不太可能记号还能在原来的位置.

when you move the car. you have to make sure that the mark has gone. You will get ticket as long as the mark is on the tire does not matter if you moved or not.
as I've said, they have no way th know your car's previous position, so drive around to remove the mark and park at the same spot is fine in most case (99%) , unless the guy saw you doing this. I once saw a guy hiding at a coner and caught someone.
