Linux Chinese[请求]

Hi

I just installed Fedora Core 5. It installed everything, and I can browse the Internet immediately. However, I cannot view Chinese website, I have tried all 5 encoding.
Anyone has experience? Thanks in advance.

分辨率太高，啥也看不见了。

我用的是philips 17" 显示器，XP里分辨率用的是1280*1024。
在Linux下，用的是1024*768。昨天看我自己设计的网页效果不一样。就把它改成1280*1024， 要求重新登陆。结果黑屏，什么也看不见了。
谁知道怎么给改回来，除了重新安装。

推荐scim，它支持各种常见的输入法，拼音，五笔，...

i personally more appreciate with Fcitx

在Fedora下是"ctrl+Alt"+F1-F6,然后到etc/X11下面看看有什么配置文件可以改。
或是试试Xconfigurator

you can "ctrl+alt+backspace" try to kill the gnome and gnome will reboot to see whether it works.
in fedora core 5, scim is installed by default, hotkey is ctrl+space by default.
fcitx is one input methods of scim too now.
I like fcitx too.
