父母来探亲能换个临时驾照开车吗?

以前听说国内的驾照能在这边换个临时的驾照,有效期为三个月.

请问这种规定现在还有效吗? 需要什么样的手续?

这种的情况需要大使馆做公正吗? 但是现在大使馆又不给驾照公正了, 如果需要公正的话, 该怎么办?

(因为准备长途穿越,一个人的体力无法胜任,所以才不得不这样)

我朋友的哥哥考了个国际驾驶证, 在世界各地都可以租车自己开, 因为他经常出国, 不过我不知道他在哪儿考的.
可以叫你父母问下中国有没有这个.

btw: 但是它说要一个valid DL, 中文的驾照警察看不懂啊,那是不是还要去公正一下证明驾照是valid的?
