请教contract职位的一些问题

permanent position雇主多支付雇主部分的EI, CPP，group benefit plan,有些雇主还提供pension plan,以下计算permanent 比contract职位雇主多支付数目是否正确？
EI =employee portion * 1.4 = 1910
CPP =employee portion * 2.14 = 1020
另外谁知道group benefit plan大概多少/年?contract职位有没有paid vacation and holiday?

When it is on a contract basis, there will be no benefits and no holidays.
Basically you are the boss not the person hires you. Or the person does not want to have an employee and employer relationship with you.
