totally agree! too cold, better not use it as bedroom!

没问题，只要房间的朝向好（西或南）。
只是自动开车库门要选安静的。

我家有个卧室在车库上，还有一个是半悬着的，都在阴面，没觉得太冷，室温最多能差个一度。

这要看车库的保温层的R值是多少啦...

It is very common in new house, since builders begin to build big house on small lot. Putting room over the garage is best way to increase the space. It is little cold, but you don't need to avoid such house because of that. Installing a small baseboard with a cheap programming thermostat will solve the problem. It costs very little to run it for the winter.

冬天是比较冷。不知道将furnace装的靠近车库能不能解决冬天过冷的问题。

把其他房间的热风关小一点，车库上面那间房的热风就多了。

看样这车库上面的房间还真是个麻烦。我那两间在车库和门廊上面的睡房、还有邻居的，都好好的，可是一个朋友，房子比我的还新，车库上面那间房就特冷。我觉得是保温或air tight有问题。

要是哪位的新房碰上这种事，可以请人来测一下，记得好像是一百五十块钱吧？若在一年内发现保温不合格，builder该给修的。
