Bachelar is good for one person, but is it a bit pricey to some people, (like me), 2 bedrooms are normally 850, and splitting with a roommate brings it down to 450 + utility

legismately, you can't, well, just don't formally tell them, so they just pretend they dont know (even they do), normally they don't really care, and they can say you never told them that, and waives all the responsibility.
