yes, sometimes when you apply for a new credit card, usually they have low interest about 5% to let you transfer your high interest rate bill to low interest rate credit card. it is good that you dont wanna pay the bill with a bit interest.

不可以作债务累集, 如果可行的话, 理论上你永远可以不还债了, 反正一个还一个, 没完没了. 上面几位提的都是一次性的债务转移, 不是偿还债务...

就像国内的三角债, 没完没了... 信用卡不能互pay, 是个业界常识, 你可以跟相关部门证实一下...

自己去试试就知道了，我偶尔用一个信用卡付另一个的账单。只是每次都要多收费，Cash Advance。
