从Montreal搬到Ottawa，车子相关的手续怎么转？

去年8月在Montreal拿的驾照，车子是今年6月买的，Montreal买的ING保险还有车牌。
6月转到Ottawa上班，住在Ottawa，现在车牌，保险，驾照等事情怎么办啊？另外我想加入CAA会员，网上注册Ontario的会员被告知驾照ID的Format不对，那是不是得到Hull去办去？
另外，如果我干脆就不管呢？会不会有什么问题？过来一个月了，也没人管过我啊。

Basicly, if you are gonna live in Ontario for a long term (say >3 months), you are required to transfer your driver's license and plate to Ontario. And since your Quebec driver's license is less than 2 year old, you are only qualify for an Ontario G2 license.
