请问valecraft builder好吗？

请问有人买过valecraft的房吗？这个builder好吗？最近看到他在离south key南开车三分钟的地方建房，觉得地理位置还行，但也不知道这个区好不好？还想问一下买新房都要注意什么？问题比较多，请有经验的人谈一下心得， 先谢谢了

You don't see as many airplanes in Hunt Club area as those in Barhaven area (why? I was told by the local people the reason, but I forgot it. Sounds like Barhaven is just under area of the taking off or landing route...The planes always make a big turn when taking off...). No big noises.

The floor plans of some Valecraft's single houses are good. Well-designed with no wasted spaces.
