现有2室1厅共3间房，9月1日即可入住，长租. 客厅面积13平米，有地毯，朝南，采光好，有独立衣橱。大卧室10平米，小卧室8。5平米。2卧室君有独立衣柜。无家具，位置 1535 Alta Vista, 12层，阳台可鸟瞰市中心和渥太华大学，风景优美。共用厨房和洗手间，厨具一应俱全，呵呵。
交通便利，8，86，88路车2站到HURDMAN车站。车站就在楼下。夏天走到HURDMAN车站最多6分钟。
8，86，88路4站到OU（5分钟）。骑自行车15分钟到OU。从HURDMAN坐4路车15分钟到CU校园，不用转车。
购物方便，公寓附近有个小的SHOPPING MALL，另外，从HURDMAN车站出发，坐3路10分钟到利丰超市和得百利。
2室友为OU(男)学生，喜欢运动，摄影，爱干净，会做饭。One roommate wanted, No couple and pets please, ths.

*Me and my friend are undergraduate (international) sts in school of
management department.
*We are living in a single bedroom apartment and we are going to sign a double bedroom apartment, in the same building. We will sign a new contract starting this September and now only two of us. We have not signed the contract yet but the rental officer holds the room for me. If we sign it, we will move in on Sep 1.
*The total rent is $879 and i divide accordingly.
*You can read that from my CFC post, again, one living room(13sq meters), one small bedroom(8.5sq m) and one "large" bedroom(10(sq m) I prefer you come and see, seeing is believing.
*We will rent the living room, i give priority to u, living or bedroom is up to u. for living room, the only difference is that it does not have a door, as the bedroom. The living room is separated from the kitchen, that is why i prefer this model. u will see that when u come.
*i prefer 3 of us sign the lease together, since no one want to move in and out all the time, tired of that. We can talk that later together. We have an option to sign an eight or 12 months lease, starting this Sep. the price is the same, when the lease ends, u can still live here and pay the rent month by month.
*Visiting is always welcome; just call me or my roommate in advance. The contract info is on my CFC post.
