read your water (or all )meter(s) by yourself

I got water bill with about $215 for two months. I called them today and was told to read the meter. The number is far below their estimated one. They changed my bill to be $85. I will read the meter by myself every two months. There is phone number on the back of the bill for reporting meter reading. I would suggest to read all meters by yourself since all numbers are estimated and could be very wrong(often bad).

hydro sends its own people to read electricity meter. Therefore, you do not need to read it by yourself

Don't worry about it.
They balance the reading several times a year.
Or if you really want to help you and help them, give them your reading before bill circle.
If you paid more than you should, you will pay less next time.
In your case, you may pay zero for next few months if you haven't asked for the refund.
