(3) Find a lawyer.
(4) Visit the builder's design center, typically three times to customize your house.
(5) Get your mortgage.
(6) Ask your bank to issue a check for your downpayment. Your lawyer should give your the details. Give the check to your lawyer.
(7) Meet your lawyer before the closing day
to go through the legal documents.
(8) Pre-closing day inspection with the builder.
(9) Get your key on the closing day. And have a good time!
