两年新HOUSE的后门的大玻璃漏气

我的房子(Single House)还不到两年新(RICHCRAFT).这两天早上，我发现面向后院的门有一扇(固定)的玻璃有一层雾。打电话给BUILDER，他们说已经过了保修期。难道门窗的保修期只有一年吗？I can't belive it. 哪位有类似经验，请给个意见。谢了！

Check your warrant contract. I remembered most small items (like the sliding door) warrant for only one year, main structure 5 years, and the foundation for 7 years. Read carefully your contract. It should be written very clear. Good luck!

My window had the same problem in about 4 years. The builder told me to call the window company directly. The window company changed the window for me because the window has 5 years warrant. The window is free, but they charged the installation fee. Hope this helps you.

I will call the builder again. In the contract, window warranty is two years, which includes no charge for parts and labour.
