炉子，洗衣机那么多牌子，如何选择？
洗衣机的话，滚筒洗一缸要洗多长时间啊？

kenmore, whirlpool, maytag 好象已经是一家人了.加起来超过五成市场.垄断的很厉害.特别是kenmore 和whirlpool两家和了有年头了.常是一样的货两家贴牌卖.

滚筒洗慢3小时把.不过很干净.

怪不得，我在sears　看时，看到好几个东东都长一个样，呵呵

不过，滚筒洗慢3小时，时间真是太长了点。看样子还是选搅拌的吧，半小时就够了，最主要是机器偏宜，而且三小时的电费肯定比半小时多，哈哈。

不知道炉子有啥讲究吗？
价格从399到几千呢？

The front load washer takes longer to wash but it use less water and electricity than top loader. It is more expensive. But this thing lasts twenty years and you get your money back from water saved. I will pick a front loader for sure. It simply washes better.

The electric stove basically has coil or flat ceramic top. Coil one is cheaper and ceramic one is easy to clean. They both work fine. Oven does not matter to Chinese any way. We don’t use it that much. I will choose a stove by the look and price. These aren't much different in function. Get one looks best in your kitchen.

Appliances are mature product. All major brands have good quality.

滚筒洗那么长时间的话，肯定费电啊，一个30分钟，一个3小时啊，
用电量到底如何算呢？

Mine is too.
It's very easy to clean and it still looks new after 8 years even though we use it every day.
Beware that you may need to replace your cookwares if they are not ceramic top compatible.

My washer is from KitchenAid.
Top load, large capacity and good reputation.
Little pricy than other brands that Timothy's mentioned.

搞错了吧, "滚筒洗慢3小时"

我家LG大容量(比TOPLOAD的大)滚筒洗衣机,洗衣最长也不到1小时(不同的LOAD,时间不同).

省电,省水,不伤衣料,但必须用HE洗衣水,稍贵一点.

MAYTAG 被WHIRLPOOL吞并了.Kenmore 是SEARS 的,SEARS 一般是贴牌生产,他到不同的公司去订货,打Kenmore牌子,SEARS 的 SALES 会告诉生产公司

Old models of glass-top stove heat up slower, but over the years, they've improved the efficiency and are now comparable to coil nowadays.

I've used gas stove before, didn't like it because it came with single row of fire, if you want to find a double row like we use in Asia, you'll have to look in the commercial line, which of course will cost a lot higher too.

We have a Kenmore washer(top loading). It costed about $600(incl tax) about six years ago. It works really well. I've also used GE and Whirlpool washers before, but I think that the Kenmore one is the best of the three.

我全用kenmore.因为没钱,要分期付款,看上它的炉头.就全买它的.只有kenmore的炉头有3000w的电热丝,别的牌子没有.火力很大,适合炒中国菜.洗衣机是受saleman鼓惑买的frontload.省水省电.只是超出预算.不过用的很满意.洗衣时间也就是一小时多点.
