BELL 的网络服务的问题

我用BELL INTERNET BASIC 服务, 头三月19刀, 大概, 以后, 29刀大概, 因为直接从我信用卡上划钱, 也没有留心.
今天突然查了一下, BELL 竟然收我每月高达40-50刀, 7月份更是高达80刀,大惊之下, 打电话查询, 他们说, 我的服务每月流量只是2G, 但我每月都超了,所以收得就多了.
这个解释也对, 7月收得多, 因为网上看世界杯的缘故.
但我在订这个服务的时候, 不记得有这样的流量限制.
我在BELL 网页上查了一下, 也找不到关于每月流量的条款.或者有这样的条款我没找到?
不知哪位和我有相似的问题?
知道的请告诉.
急.

Yes, you are right. There is fineprint for service agreement.

I suggest you terminate the Bell and switch to Inter.net (www.inter.net) high speed. I'm using their 3MB high speed at $29.95/month, no contract, no down payment, no download/upload limitation. If you have modem, you don't have to pay modem rent. As I know, you can buy a used modem from eBay at ~$10.

I'm using it, feel much better than Sympatico.

流量限制fee can be cancelled

i had the same problem before. when i called them and wanted to shift to another company, they canceled the fee to keep me. u can try too. good luck.

Besides Bell, what else we can use?
