是的，无论是什么签证他们都不办理了，原因是他们说Toronto,Montreal有人觉得Ottawa可以办理是unfair，结果不但没有在Toronto,Montreal增加service，而是把OTtawa的取消了，真是TM畜生。白人老太太只是说这是policy,他们只是服从者，甚至说某种意义上留学生毕业找工作的机会已经渺茫了。
没有work permit，做工违法，就算你说是volunteer 公司也不会冒险吧

CIC Ottawa今天说Toronto也不再办理加急和工作前证了 None of cic in ontario willprocess work permit anymore. You must send application to Alberta. The only thing you can do is waiting. And Employer, they will wait for you if they feel you are usefull for company.However, you can quit the job and find another one, but you will face same situation. In another word, international student are not encouraged find job in Canada since none of company will wait for you for 55 days............................................. Shit CIC
