美国大使馆签证是否自己去取

今天突然发现使馆来信有这么一段话＂Canadian based visa applicants may wish to bring self-addressed, pre-paid express post envelops to their visa their visa interview ..."

"express post envelops" 是否是快递的信，是否一定要，能否自己去Pick-up.因为星期二要面试，请经历过的大侠回答以下，谢谢了！

可以自己去拿，也可以让她寄，自己到邮局买个eXpress信封。

Except the consulate agrees you to take it yourself, you have to submit it with a Reginal Express Mailer (prepaid). It seems the US consulate doesn't like people to go to their office for security reason.
