Here you can only sell it to people in Hull.
People living it Ottawa have to get it inspected (Ontario law), and with a car that old, the garage will find lots of problems. It's very possible that you will have to spend a lot of money to get all the problems fixed in order to get a license.
You do not have to do it in Quebec though. So you can sell with better price in the Quebec side.
