hey, i have a room in a 2-story house to rent.the location the house is at the terminal of No. 8 (in getineau), from the stop to my place is about 3 blocks. room is located in the main floor,next to the kitchen, and i will live upstairs. bathroom is on the upstaris as well. i think the rent is 350, including phone, internet. and utilities. i have a washer here, but no dryer, so u have to hang ur clothes in the back yard. currently i prefer to have short-term roommate, but we can talk about it later.a girl is preferred, but it is not a big deal.
