Which city I should go?

<HTML>Because my contract with my company will expire soon, I must continue a new contract of 3 years. Since I will go to CA sooner or later, I make up my mind to go ahead although current bad situation. But which city I should land in from a long term perspective as an engineer in Telecom? OTTAWA or T or V?
I'm headache about thinking about it.

<HTML>If you are really good at Telecom area, come to Ottawa. But you should be patient for this period of hard time. Hopefuuly, telecom jobs will recover in July.

If not, Vancouver and Toronto are better!
