It's a complex issue. Tell you my case happend a few years ago.
A few years ago my basement was flooding after a heavy rain in later winter. I discussed with professionals in HomeDepot and got many suggestions.
After dried, I opened the wood board wall, but didn't find any crack. The flooding reason should be there was too much water around the outside of a conner during the rain. The key point is to avoid that and to drain the rain water far away as quickly as possible. So I had a professional to fixed the leaking gutter. Then I changed the underground PVC pipe with quality ABS pipe as per recommendation. After that, the problem never happens again.

Not a lot because I did most job myself. I spent $100 for the gutter. The ABS pipe costed me ~$100.
If no crack, things would be easier and cheaper. Otherwise you have to find a professinal to fix cracks at cost ~$1000.

Thanks a lot.
I should ask HomeDepot first.
I think the floor has no crack. After I remove the carpet and insulation I used a dehumidefier to flew and floor goes dry. May water comes upper (someone dropped water)?

Because wet area is at basement bathroom door, maybe my daughter drop the water after bathing. There is insulation underside of carpet. It is not easy to dry if insulation wet.
Are you living in Kanata? I am at Katimavik.
Many thanks
