好像这个规定取消了. 现在还是以前那样, 有带认证的翻译盖章翻译件就行了. 是听说的, 你最好还是到交通部考试的那里去问问清楚比较保险.

必须要先在国内做公证,拿着国内的公证来加后再到大使馆做公证.我刚办完不久.

忘了说,60刀,不用预约.没国内的公证大使馆不给做的.只有拿了大使馆的公证,考试中心才认.

考试中心呢,只认大使馆的认证;大使馆办认证呢，只认国内的公证.就这么简单.

This is an official government website you should trust. Chinese consulate has already made agreement with Ontario government, and it is declared clearly there.

My friend has done his drive license as per the instruction of Chinese consulate without any problem this June.
