你好，我属于准妈妈，所以1。3不能回答你，不过1我想和孩子的体重有关系，有的孩子大些，有的瘦小。
2。我怀孕期间也留过一次鼻血。孕妇流鼻血属常见现象，流鼻血是怀孕期间较常见的一种现象，在怀孕的早期、中期、晚期都会出现，尤其是在怀孕的中晚期会更严重，所以请你不用着急，孕妇流鼻血不是病，对母子没有影响。
流鼻血是何原因？孕妇体内会分泌出大量的孕激素使得血管扩张，容易充血。同时，孕妇的血容量比非孕期增高，而人的鼻腔黏膜血管比较丰富，血管壁比较薄，所以十分容易破裂引起出血。尤其是当孕妇经过一个晚上的睡眠，起床后，体位发生变化或擤鼻涕，更容易引起流鼻血。
此外，鼻息肉、血液病、凝血功能障碍、急性呼吸道感染等疾病，也会经常产生流鼻血的现象。
可采用以下方法进行预防：
1、注意饮食结构，少吃辛辣的食物，多吃含有维生素C、E类的食品，比如绿色蔬菜、黄瓜、西红柿等；苹果、芒果、桃子等水果；以及豆类、蛋类、乳制品等食物，以巩固血管壁，增强血管的弹性，防止破裂出血的情况发生。
2、少做比如擤鼻涕、挖鼻孔等动作，避免因损伤鼻黏膜血管而出血。
3、鼻部按摩。比如，每天用手轻轻地按摩鼻部和脸部的皮肤1―2次，促进局部的血液循环与营养的供应，尤其是在冬天。

谢谢 Sean Mama , 能介绍几款好用的 Infant carseat 吗? 另外, 买 carseat 要注意那些? 看到外面卖的种类也太多了, 价钱也相差的很大.

Infant car seats should face the back of the vehicle, rest on a 45-degree angle and move no more than 2.5 cm (1 in.) side-to-side.
