星洲炒米怎么做啊?

如下

米粉芽菜青葱园葱叉烧鸡肉过开水取出,放咖喱粉腌未经汤待用,去噢烧热下油,炒蛋,待蛋要凝固时,下准备好飞过水的米粉,炒匀即可。

If I'm not mistaken, 星洲炒米 is one of Malaysia fry noodle. This noodle only can find in Kuala Lumpur area. I don't know the history, but this is what Malaysian believe. Singapore can not find proper 星洲炒米. In Hong Kong, it is not common. However, in Kuala Lumpur, it is available from any restaurant, and same cooking style.

Malaysia style does not put curry powder, but the secret ingredient is ketchup and orion
 
星洲炒米 is a household dish in Hong Kong, but it is not available in Singapore.
