It is a simply job. All shops except fast oil change place can do it. Check CAA website, find a CAA approved shop.
If your car is over 150k or over 7-8 years old,change the water pump and driving belt at same time. It will save you some labor cost.
since to change the water pump, you have to remove driving belt and timing belt. They should only charge you the water pump labor.

In order to change timing belt, you should change the water pump at the same time or else will have oil leak.
