Rose is not working at 天宝 anymore. And the boss / owner is not that good /wor...he will say yes to you for everything when you purchase tickets from him. But since you pay, then sorry... too bad so sad. You have to call the airline yourself. Example apply membership, information..etc.If you really need to buy ticket, try somewhere else. Cindy travel, Eastview travel etc....

其实现在可以试一试各个航空公司自己的网站。我刚从国内回来，走前在加航网上买的票，比天宝等旅行社都便宜。

Book the ticket from airline's website. It is cheaper and you get the service you are supposed to get. Especially when you need to change anything after you pay, they will do it if their rules allow them to do it, they will charge you the fees according to their rules but with travel agency, it is all depends.
