昨天看了tartan的新房，在findlay greek valley

请问一下，tartan的房子如何？有人知道findlay greek valley这个区（在bank&conroy往南一点）怎么样？谢谢！

能说说房子的质量如何吗？还有他们的服务如何？

We bought house from Tartan, the closing date is next Jan or Feb. Because we haven't moved in, I can't comment on the quality of the house but I have confidence with Tartan. About the service, so far so good. I think Tartan is a above average builder even though they are a small builder, the salesperson and the consultant in design center are very professional, they try to satisfy you as long as you are not asking something unreasonable. But Tartan is very bad predicting the closing date. Our closing date has been postponed three times and I still think they are going to postpone it a fouth time.
