But helping newcomer who don't know very well about this country is not wrong.
Why we cannot discuss in here?

I am not saying you are wrong, or you are right. Everybody is treated indifferently. No exception/preference to either party of the dispute.

Keep your receipt and time sheet, file formal complain to the government agent. You paid your tax, you entitle for the service. You are welcome to discuss how you solve the problem. Just stop dumping YOUR VERSION of the story here. Although this is a public forum, you might get sued for posting such story. A CFC user lost the law suit and posted apologies to his/her laywer for slandering -- check the old posters in the main forum. If you understand what I am talking about, you'd know it's a protection to you as well.

It is not me posting the story. I just feel unfair to those people being ill-treated.

We got a justice system in this country, people find justice over there.

One is innocent until proven guilty. It's not CFC's job to make the judgement, who is abusing, or who is slandering. The deletion of those posts is pretection to both parties of the dispute.
