大家如何用短信和国内联系?

以前是15cent,现在是20cent了。所有的手机公司都支持国际短信。

可是好象用ROGER的PAY AS YOU GO发不了中文信息，即使手机支持中文，可写的中文信息对方啥也看不到。

i tested sending chinese short messages to china from rogers. the message could be delivered no problem. but the chinese text was unreadable. you can use english or pinyin though.

i then tested sending chinese short messages to another rogers cell phone user. the chinese text was readable. i called rogers and the answer i got was: they don't know and they don't care as long as the messages are delivered.

but i guess if enough people call them and complain, they probably would have to listen.

但是接收国际短信还需要开通，by default it is off.

4块钱买5块钱的。 通话时间10小时。但是有时候会吃钱， 不过一般都能用到好几百分钟。 吃得不算太厉害。
