you can always track the status of your application by calling CIC. their number is: 1-888-242-2100 and once you cal this number, you will listen automated telemessages. all you need to do to talk to an agent is press 0 (zero) and you will be able to talk to an agent directly. Please note that their business hours are: mon-fri 8:00-4:00 p.m.
