I just ordered their service and I have a few questions.
1. does acanac send you a confirmation email or a phone call after you order?
2. They did not even ask me if i wanted a modem on the order form, will they just send one?
3. how long is it before their service starts working?

1- no, they will only send you email once the kit is shipped

2- the kit comes with a modem, so you'll be charged a $50 deposit that is refundable upon the return of the modem

3- usually by the time you receive the kit, the service will become active already, so just plug everything and off you go

thanks for the response. I just received an invoice form from them. Does that mean they sent out the modem? Also, if i'm not home when they sent the modem, what happens?

I believe they'll send you a modem no matter what (unless you tell them not to, but they will still charge you the deposit I think).

I remember I got it either in my hanging mailbox just by the front door.

想问问大家几个问题, 打了个电话去acanec,那个态度差的, 不过这个价钱实在好, 还是想问问大家
1, online order 是不是一定要直接就给credit card number
2, 我没有actived phone line,如果我需要naked DSL, order上怎么提都没有提
3, 要多久才能收到modern, 是不是直接插上电话jack就可以用了.

2. 第一次付款是不是付全年的 (19*12=227)? 还有没有modem压金? 还有没有其他费用?

用 BELL的高速上网速度总是上不去，而且还总是出各种问题，给BELL打电话,得到的答复是电话线路不好导致的，这种情况是不是改用acanac也不行啊，都是用BELL的电话线,请各位高人赐教.
