为什么Village Green (Kanata)的 Owner都在卖房子？

想在Kanata地区买房子。最近在网上查了一下，发现很多Village Green (Kanata)的物主都在卖房子，不知道是什么原因。我看中了其中的一套房子，想买下来，可是发现有太多人在卖这个地区的房子，有点儿犹豫，怕这个地区有问题。希望听听网友的意见。

Many houses in new community change hands at least once in 6-7 years, especially town home. Many young family moves to smaller home to start a family and move on to bigger one after few years when kids come along. So you can find more buy and sell activity in those places. There is nothing wrong with Village Green

I guess no one can bear the noisy for a long time. Remember, noisy is a kind of pollution.

Years ago we were considering new houses in that area because of its proximity to shopping and easy access to 417. Then we stood in front of a house for a good 10-15 min. and decided that we could not stand the constant humming noise..

It's true that houses today come with better insulation, so you don't hear a thing from inside. So it comes down to the questions: Can you afford not opening the windows all year around? Can you enjoy a sun bath in your backyard with tranquility?
