小心黑店--MIDAS AUTO

我在carling上的midas换油，结果给我换得是破油，当时啥也不懂，算了。
第二次在bank上midas换油加换雪胎，这回这个老板明白点，打了半个小时电话，然后跟我说油要80，再加人工。我说你XX的我在dealer换，油才要我69。老板就开始发疯，说换个油有个屁技术含量。靠，确实没技术含量，那你还打半个小时电话到处问。车我开走，就发现我车上特殊型号螺丝的adapter没了，害我去dealer又花25买了一个。
最后还是自己买油，去Bronson上那家找自己人换。
另外我发信去美国总公司投诉，回信说已经转给当地公司了，靠，当我傻呀，让他们自己检讨自己？这帮人都护着自己人，也管不着本地公司，所以根本没用。

本人在 MIDAS AUTO SERVICE EXPERTS 修车，发现他们的发票DOUBLE 了所有的PARTS的价格，再加另外的人工费。 当我问那老板为什么时，那白人老板竟回答：“How I can live, how I can earn money if I am not double the parts price.". 我问他，这是不是他们的policy， 他回答“YES”。无赖，
我付了双倍的价格取回了我的车，希望我的同胞不要再付这种双倍的价格了。

这个店的地址是： 1772 Carling Avenuue.

投诉个鸟啊，
如果真的是这样，当场就报警!

I think double parts price is not too bad because most stores do that. The key is the quality of the work. The top garages are those doing work perfectly, but charge more. It is a car, it is a machine run on the road. For safety, never go to an unknown shop. I think that's the big problem with youself. Some stupid persons says Chinese like crowded for shopping, resturant, and because of this they do not like Chinese. However, same with Chinese people, Canadians also like crowded because most are not rich enough.

If you do not know a good shop, ask friends, or select the one with many cars parking on the lot.

Japan Auto behind 168 market is a good one because I have 7 years experience with them, very reliable but price is high and waiting list is very long. Another one is Booth Auto. I never had experience with Booth, friends told me.

你和公司抱怨有啥用啊？一定要向政府的相关部门投诉才行。政府出台的法律有一系列的条款，比如针对修车，车行必须把换下的旧部件退回给车主，无论车主是否要求就是法律之一。

如果车行要把被更换的零件退给零件商店返修再用，可以要回零件吧?

高质最的服务，收费高，确实不错。 这是很多高质服务行业的正常做法， 是无可非议的。 但我这儿讲的MIADS，DOUBLE价格，是和GM dealer 的价格比。如果我花了钱，MIDAS做到高质服务，那也让我可以接受，问题是我花了钱，车没有好，他们还要进一步让我花钱去换那些无关的PARTS。 事后我也问了一些加国的当地朋友，用他们的话讲：这种商业行为是“CROOKED”。

不过还是非常谢谢你的提醒： 在加国不能随便去一些不了解的地方。

Went to Midas on baseline(close to merivale) and had bad experience.
Service is terrble.

there are two on that street Booth. But they are not Chinese 车行. Go to YMH. He is a nice guy.

理论上车行根本没权利这么做，除非车主自己放弃对废旧零件的拥有权。

怎么不去OMVIC投诉？如果你有证据的话就一定要投诉的。如果你投诉成功，基本可以找回损失，他们是很怕OMVIC的，OMVIC可以吊销执照的！！开始的时候OMVIC会进行调解工作。
我买的2手车，开了2周出了问题，然后去找卖车的，他不理睬，我就对他说，那我们在OMVIC见吧，接着嘛，问题基本解决。但你一定要有证据哦。
800多也可以去小额法庭，你对你的英语能力有信心吗。
楼上的那位，他们问你是不是偷了半包烟，你当时有证人吗？有的话，没道理不告的！！！如果是我，遇到这种带有种族歧视的侮辱，我会让他重复一遍！！然后用手机的接听录音，然后就去找个鬼子律师！！有证人的话就更好，如果他们的言语中出现了偷这个词，那是很严重的事情！！能证明的话，结果。。。。
我去和卖车的交涉的时候就是带上可录音的MP3的，没次谈话都录好！！！
