office cleaner 12 dollars/hour no student please

office cleaner duty includes the following

take out the garbages
mob the floor
dust all the areas
take all boxes and garbages to the street curb


about 4 hours on saturday 10;30-2;30 and 1 hour on wednesday any time to take out the garbage to the curb.

there will be heavy lefting involved, since the card boxes can be heavy, in the winter time there will be snow on the boxes.

non-student perfered, since i had enough bad experience with un-responsible student.
