[问题] 今天刚刚换了魁省的liscence plate

saaq的工作人员也没管我要旧的车牌。
我的sticker能用到12月，我现在还能用安省的旧车牌吗？
我以前的停车罚单要在什么时候之前交？

然后用魁省的驾照注册的魁省的车牌

The plate(s) belong to you once you used them. They are your property.

I guess you can get the portion of the year you will not use it. If you have to pay 120 dollars for the year the number of your due date is 6 you should get 60 dollars back.

When I changed my plate in 2000 year, I sent qc a notice of the driver license and plate change ( but I did not returned the plate and they did not ask either) I received a cheque about thirty or fourth dollars.
