Very good person --- Inspector 宋强

We did a house inspection in Quebec side by another inspector. Before and after inspection, we called 宋强 and asked numbers questions which we could not understand. He always very nicely answered and gave us professional advisements. It is really let us felt that he is a very good person to help others because we don’t know him before! It helped us a lot!

We want to say our thanks to him and let others share our lucky and happy experience with 宋强! If the house is in Ottawa, definitely ask 宋强 as an Inspector!

[FONT=宋体]看上了一套房子，但有许多问题不太明白，很想找个专业人士咨询，第一次打电话找到了宋强，令我吃惊的是，他不但精通专业，人非常耐心友善，在半个多小时里一一解释，支招。获益非浅。在验房过程中，因他很专业，人也很细心。和我以前买房时雇的验房师大不一样，[/FONT]1 [FONT=宋体]所用时间长短不一样，宋强用了[/FONT]3-4[FONT=宋体]小时，以前用了少于[/FONT]2[FONT=宋体]小时，[/FONT]2 [FONT=宋体]宋强发现不少问题，他都一一解释哪些可以和房主讨价，哪些如何修理。而以前雇佣的没发现多少问题，我入住后马上发现不少问题。再解决起来很麻烦。经验之一，最好别用[/FONT]agent[FONT=宋体]推荐的验房师。买房是个大事，找一个好的agent ,lawyer,inspector 非常重要，省去许多麻烦。[/FONT]

但是我也有一个很好的inspector推荐给大家：一个波兰大叔，查了大约一天，报告30多页。我当时选他是因为我的builder的foreman警告我不要找他：他们特怕他。
