[请求] 魁省车在安省上牌手续

如果买魁省的车时，卖主不包括safty & emission test. 我应该如何处理上牌手续？是否把钱交给原车主后，把车开走，自己做两个test. 然后拿test结果去上牌，要不要跟原车主要什么材料？谢谢大家。

You need the sign-off registration from the seller, and a bill of sale. You can do safty and E test at your own cost if both of you agree. When you register it in Ontario, you have to pay 8% PST which is based on the higher of sale price, insurance value or market evaluation value.

Do I need the owner's original ownership certificate, or just a copy is ok.Thanks again.

Original. It must be signed off at the back by the seller to indicate he/she has released the ownership to the new owner.
