where to appeal the vister visa for refusement

my parents were refused to get the tempary visa to canada.
The reason is in the attachment. Who has the same problem, and resolve it later? Will you can tell me where I can appeal,
because I need my parents to come help me in the first month of the baby delivery.

最好不要在邀请信里提到生小孩的事情,很容易拒签的. 洋人不认为生小孩是件很大的事情, 要父母来照顾月子(他们也没这个说法). 所以邀请信还是以探亲观光为理由比较好.

No, My monther is also working now, and she show the letter for the two month vacation, and my brother also in China. And they also show them their 房产证.

usually, how can a employee gets 2 months vacation

unless she is a teacher and visits in the summer, that might be one of the reason.
and she can only apply in shanghai again,but not in beijing.

银行证明 they have 18万存款-----TOO MUCH MONEY in the bank just for 2 month vacation. $3,000cdn will be enough for two months and it is about RMB21,000 only.

and be required to show bank statement/deposit to visa officer, rmb20,000 is never enough.
usually minimum is rmb50,000, that's a common sense, otherwise you'd rather not show bank statement.
it not only covers the living costs in canada but any unforesee costs may occur such as insurance, medical expenses;

由于你们在这里是刚找到工作, 所以签证官不能确定你们是否能够负担父母在加的费用. 加拿大人一般认为工作赚的钱比银行存款有说服力.

再说父母那里出示的存款好像太多了,一般10万人民币足够了, 太多了反而被签证官认为有移民倾向. 我父母申请来6个月, 也只出示了10万, 而且我们给的银行帐户里也只有3000加元, 他们都退休了, 我也没有兄弟姐妹在国内.

我们有个朋友, 家里很有钱, 他们自己在这里有个小BUSINESS,还打工赚钱. 父母申请了2次都被拒, 分析下来是钱太多了---他们自己的银行帐号里有将近10万加元, 父母那里又出示了20多万人民币.

不过有时候也可能是运气不好啦. 再次申请一次试试, 而且一定要强调会按期返回中国的.

This time, I want to try we support my parents all the cost in canada.Because my husband has the job, and I also have a small business, and our saving is ca$5000. So it is possiable, to try again.but now one question, the air tickets we buy or my parents buy in china. Because i should need to write in the invitation letter.
Another question, if it's possiable, will you can send me your invitation letter via QQH.
