gredients than mine. But basic
"structure" is the same!
Addtion to this, steam egg, Salmon fish
for toddler, squash, broccoli,
yougurt,etc.
My son is 19-month now, he still enjoy
these. He is 33 lb.
One little trick we use: keep him busy
for something else, example, palying toy
on the high chair, he will open
his month easily. Make meal time a happy
event for him at least. For you, it
might be busy and tired. But if he
does not want it for sure, just skip
the meal and feed him 2-3 hours later.
Do not worry, baby know if he is hungry.

我的宝宝也11个月了,不爱吃罐头食品,吃其他的东西也有偏好。后来发现换着花样做宝宝容易消化的不用太咀嚼的食品还得她欢心的,每次能吃不少呢。
我主要做的是粥和小面条。粥不是那种汤汤水水的,是很粘稠的那种,一般用高压锅压30分钟左右;小面条在下锅之前掰成碎碎的小段,这样熟了之后就不用现给孩子弄碎了。小孩子很心急,见快到嘴的东西还要晾凉的时候总是要叫的
粥和小面条里每次都加不同的蔬菜和肉类,我把常做的给姐妹们做个参考:
牛肉胡萝卜
鸡肝菠菜
鸡肉冬瓜
豆腐虾仁
鸡肉白菜
豆腐鱼肉
南瓜牛肉
牛肉芹菜
。。。。。姐妹们自由组合就是了
也试过西兰花,豌豆,牛肝。。。但是宝宝不爱吃,就作罢了。
对了,尽量不要加盐。食物本身的清香已经够吸引宝宝了。
医生建议晚点加虾,我实在是爱吃虾,也认为是好东西,看宝宝吃别的都没事也就斗胆试了一小下,发现她很爱吃,现在也开始正式吃了。
