how about this house in Barhaven?

Looking for a house in Barhaven area. Like to hear some comments from people here about this house selling on Grapevine:

Also welcome to discuss the pros and cons of living in Barhaven, especially Champman Mill area.

My own opinions:

pros:

1. well established area
2. close to all living facilities
3. fairly safe area
4. Young families oriented


Cons:

1. close to airport, so the noise is constant?

2. transportation to downtown direction can be bad during the rush hours

3. no good schools

1)That place has less noise than northern part of barrhaven. It is not under the run way.

2)Transpotation to downtown are bad from all areas, kanata. orlean.

3)It is new area. There is no good school yet. But you wouldn't know in the future it might be. It depends what kind of people moves there.

diverse,immigrants does not matter. Education and income level are "make or break" factor.

The city estimated the house price at $283541 for 2006.

This house has a very short backyard and a single car garage. Also it has probably less than 1 meter space to the neighbor houses, not even enough to move a mower.

The city estimated the house price at $283541 for 2006.

This house has a very short backyard and a single car garage. Also it has probably less than 1 meter space to the neighbor houses, not even enough to move a mower.
