这下又不知道省了多少个夸特！！！！

昨天晚上还有电话公司打电话来推销它的29c，
坚持住阵地没有换，但是通知一家老小说明天开始涨价了，大家省着点打吧！
结果今天再查primus.ca，发现价格还是14，而且涨价推迟到明年2月15日，春节以后了！！！
这下子真不知道又可以省多少个夸特了！！！

False information. Primus.ca says 29 cents after Feb 15,2002, but not 2003! I just double checked with their representative. They confirmed that it was a technical mistake and the rate to China has increased to 39 cents from yesterday.

Please contact primus yourself. They confirmed again the rate on their website is incorrect due to the technical problem. The rate is 39 cents now. Well, it could cost other people to pay big bucks for false info like this.

primus的customer service很垃圾！
他们无可奈何的跟我说：如果这个星期内还看到这个价格在网上就是official的了，因为他们自己现在都奇怪为什么他们没有先收到通知。但是这觉不是什么technical problem！没有人做出这么奇怪的technical problem的。嘻嘻！同时你可以参考司令贴的新闻。

可以用pc to pc的网络电话, 国外上网平价相对于不花钱,国内不包月的话,一分钟网费加电话费也只相当加元几分钱.

当然如果不会用电脑就不行了.
